We are excited to announce the addition of the WhatsApp Bot to our Recruitment application. This innovative feature will empower users to effortlessly access and review important player information right from their mobile device.
Let’s delve into how this latest development integrates the popular tool within our application.
WhatsApp bot
WhatsApp has been a key communications tool used by scouts, agents and others working in the professional football industry.
In our goal to provide a seamless scouting workflow to our customers, we have added an integration within our Recruitment application that will enable them to access our data-driven metrics and insights through the WhatsApp application on their mobile devices.
Users can set up the WhatsApp integration by going into the Settings of their account and following a few simple steps. Once set up, simply typing ‘Show’ followed by a player name in the chat will instantly provide information about that player.
How does this work? Very simply our chat bot uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) to infer the users intent and delivers that information using our application.
We provide information such as a player’s position, preferred foot and Estimated Transfer Value (ETV), as well as advanced metrics such as their GBE points eligibility, SciSkill and Potential values.
The connection to their account on the Recruitment application allows users to also access any Labels, Comments and Attachments that have been added to that player profile, and any information from Custom Fields created by them.
With access to over 260,000 men’s player profiles from our rapidly expanding global database, users can pull up information on almost any player from anywhere.
Choose what information you want to see
Users have the flexibility to customise the information displayed and the order in which it appears in the chat.
A scout or analyst can now view information about a player they are watching in a stadium, and send it to other members of the staff via their WhatsApp chat. An agent can also directly forward information about their player and send it to their contact at a potential club.
